    Lifesavings Fitness

    The Fitness Swimmer Program is for swimmers of any age who want to improve their overall physical fitness in the water. Fitness Swimmer provides a structured approach based on accepted training principles and practices including interval training. Participants set their own goals. Pre-requisite for the Fitness program is Swim Kids 10.

    Requirements are based on a 25m pool

    Bronze Fitness
    -Knowledge
    -Evalute Intensity and Strength
    -Rescue Breathing 3 min
    -Sprint 25m in 22 seconds
    -Endurance Swim 200m in 5 minutes 30 seconds
    -Arm Lift From Water
    -Support Weight at Surface 10 lbs 6 minutes
    -Recover Weight 10 lb
    -Tow Passive Victim 50m in 1 minute 28 seconds

    Silver Fitness
    -Knowledge
    -Evalute Intensity and Strength
    -Rescue Breathing 3 min
    -Sprint 25m in 18 seconds
    -Endurance Swim 200m in 4 minutes 25 seconds
    -Arm Lift From Water
    -Support Weight at Surface 10 lbs 8 minutes
    -Recover Weight 10 lb
    -Tow Passive Victim 50m in 1 minute 17 seconds

    Gold Fitness
